I am a Certified Federal Housing Authority (FHA) Roster Inspector (ID# I621).
I am a certified Mold Inspector. I can collect both bulk, and air samples for laboratory analysis.
I am certified by the National Radon Safety Board as a Radon Measurement Specialist (Cert#9SS0045)
I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
I am a member of the Mid-Hudson Valley Chapter of the NYS Building Officials Conference

My Promise to You
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing.
One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. You will not get a 45min home inspection from me, that's for sure. My Inspections last an average of two to three hours or more. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
